GoTrace 2011 has been concluded and future events will be notified on this site in due course.

GoTrace is an annual event which brings together scientists, food producers, government agencies and service providers to advance the science of food provenancing and supply chain integrity.

GoTrace is the forum to illustrate solutions that are being brought to market today and delivering a competitive advantage for producers.

Now in its third year, GoTrace has grown to a two-day symposium with keynote presentations from New Zealand's biggest importing regions; Europe, US and Australasia.

The theme for 2011 is Assuring Food Integrity. Our objective is to expand awareness of the global, commercial drivers for origin and traceability solutions. We hope to motivate producers and regulators to become more proactive.

Delegates will examine the issues and requirements of international markets, the development of new technologies, and the applications of these technologies to a wide-range of food and other products. Case studies involving meat, dairy, honey and other horticultural products are among just a few expected.
